We really hope at Marie-Blanche that you love what you have ordered from us.
We have taken time to make sure that the products are true to size by adding dimensions and showing model photos. We will also be making bespoke boxes for each piece of jewellery so please consider that when making your purchase.
As our product offering is a little more unique than most, please fill out our returns form so that we can best deal with your request on an individual basis:
For your reference, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, and the item is returned in a re-sellable condition, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund or exchange. If the product is faulty then we will of course also offer you an exchange or refund within the allotted time frame.
Regarding your bespoke Marie-Blanche box; it was made just for you & is hand crafted. If, on its journey, it has been damaged, please fill in the form and we will try our best to help you.
