Q. What is the jewellery made out of?
A. Every piece of jewellery is Sterling Silver 925, 9 Carat Gold, and some items have rose gold plating. Every piece is free of nickel and other base metals.

Q. What are the two sizes of box for?
A. We will put a necklace in the square larger box and earrings in the rectangular smaller one

Q. If I buy a set, is it possible to have them in the same box?
A. Of course it is, please email bonjour@marie-blanche.co.uk and let us know the details of your order, quoting order number and items you want put together. We will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have.

Q. Do I have to have a personalised box?
A. If you don’t want one please email us at bonjour@marie-blanche.co.uk and we will send to you in a plain box. You will still need to select one before you add to cart so just pick any and then inform us.

Q. Can I send a message with the gift?
A. Of course you can, email us with your request to bonjour@marie-blanche.co.uk and we will write a message and add it to your gift for you.

Q. Why can I only add one product at a time to my basket?
A. As we were constrained with the template website, the only way for each item to have an individual box was to do it this way. We know it may take you longer to purchase your items, but this way each piece is unique.

Q. How can I check or amend which box I have chosen?
A. In the basket you will be able to see the box you have chosen and also amend it if desired when you click on ‘edit details’ under the product name.
